Ron Moss

Ron writes and paints, and he's been published in Australia, as well as overseas, and in magazines such as: 'Famous Reporter, Yellow Moon, Heron's Nest, Frogpond, World Haiku Review, Mainichi Daily News'.  Ron received an Honorary Mention in the Japanese Suruga-Baika Literary Festival.

He also paints watercolours and haiku 'haiga' which has been published
in 'Paper Wasp, Haiku Hut, Short Stuff, and World Haiku Review', where  a portfolio of his haiga is featured.

Ron was recently interview on the NPAC website after winning successive Gold Medals for haiga

and has also gained placings in the WHA monthly haiga competition.

lives in Leslie Vale, Tasmania with his wife Sharon, and works in the Film and Video department of the Archives of Tasmania.  He is also a Volunteer Fire-fighter, and an Officer at his loca Brigade.

He's a member of 'Waters meet Haiku Group in Hobart, the World Haiku Assocaition, and World Haiku Club'.  He has won first prizes in haiku and haibun, and placed in rengay and tanka.  Ron co-edits 'Famous Reporter's' Haiku Section.  More of Ron's work can be found at his website:
