| Announcing the second'haigaonline' haiku competition (open to the public world-wide) DEADLINE: postmarked no later than 1 September, 2003 ADJUDICATION: 1 October, and winners will be included in the autumn issue of 'haigaonline' HOW TO ENTER: send (2) two haiku only per entry (not haiga); haiku must be 'original' and 'unpublished', plus not be under consideration or published elsewhere (in duplicate), and printed neatly or typed on 3x5 cards to: haigaonline P.O.
