A SELECTION OF HAIGA BY OUR RESIDENT STAFF

With Choshi featured in this issue's Traditional Haiga section, this issue would also be a good time to exhibit some of the work of our other resident staff who have done so much for Haigaonline over the years. Many thanks to Mary, Hiromi, Shisen, Choshi and Jasminka!

MARY E. RODNING and CHARLES B. RODNING

Mary and her husband, haiku poet Charles return with another haiga collaboration. Mary studied brush painting and sumi-e in China and Japan and now teaches painting in Mobile, AL. She has been our resident artist since 2003. 1-fragrant_sound 2-one_raindrop
A surgeon and professor in the College of Medicine at the University of South Alabama, Charles is an award-winning poet as well as a photographer and artist. He and Mary have published collaborations in Simply Haiku as well as here at Haigaonline. 3-crossing_moonglow_bridge 4-damp_river_fog 5-deep_river
HIROMI MAYA (HIROMI INOUE)
6-hiromi Hiromi, who lives in the suburbs of Matsuyama, JP and works for the Ehime Prefectural Government, He has been a member of the Shiki Haikusphere, administered by Ehime University, and this past June was featured on Fay Aoyagi's Blue Willow Haiku World. Hiromi has been a member of the Haigaonline team since its inception in 1998.
JASMINKA NADASKIC DJORDJEVIC
An electrical engineer who lives in Smederevo RS, Jasminka is an award-winning haiku poet and art photographer who has been widely published in journals, newspapers and websites. She is the author of five books of poetry and has been with Haigaonline for more than a decade. 7-jasminka
